How to Book?

Simply by filling the booking form in the tour page that you'd like to book. You'll receive your confirmation within 24h or our team will contact you shortly if you've specified any special requirements/customization requests. No deposit payments required!

What is the cancellation policy?

Since we're not requesting any prior deposit payments, you can cancel your booking anytime. However we kindly ask you to inform us about your cancellation at least 48h before so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Where will I meet my guide in the port of Kusadasi?

Your guide will welcome you at the gate of the port and will be holding a nameplate with your name written on it.

Can I customize my itinerary?

We encourage you to do so! It's our main priority to provide the tour of your dreams.

Do I need to make any deposit payments?

No, you don’t need to make any payments prior to your tour date.

Do you offer wheelchair-accessible transportation?

Of course. Please specify your special requirements in your booking form.

What if I miss my cruise’s boarding time?

That’s out of question. Please note that we guarantee your on-time return to the port.

Do I have to spend the full-day in the tour?

No. You can skip any of the sites which is listed in the tour itinerary upon request to make sure that it fits into your schedule.

What is the departure time of the tour?

It’s up to your preference. You can specify your departure time request in the booking form, if it's not listed.

I’d like to book a tour which includes lunch, do you offer vegan/vegetarian options?

Definitely. Please specify your special requirements in your booking form.
